<p>The Basenji price surged 86% in the last 24 hours to trade at $0.04403 as of 2.10 a.m. EST on trading volume that skyrocketed 195% to $11.55 million.</p> 
<p>Basenji is a dog-based crypto project, and as it claims, it represents the oldest dog breed in history, with the chain (BASE) in its name. It calls itself the SHIB of BASE blockchain, which is a nod toward its ambition and perceived potential.</p>

<p>The project’s price jumped in the last 24 hours as the Bitcoin once again surged, recording another new all-time high, this time at $107,780. Despite launching in the first half of the year, BENJI has remained a small-cap crypto until now, with its market cap currently at $36.74 million.</p> 
<p>However, with the next big bull run expected to start in the near future, and BENJI’s recent surge, the project has captured the eye of investors, which could finally help propel its price soon.</p> 
<h2 id="basenji-price-prediction">Basenji Price Prediction</h2> 
<p>The last 24 hours have seen the BENJI price skyrocket to around $0.05660, but the resistance at $0.050 proved too strong for the project to breach. As a result, it corrected to a support at $0.040, from where it recovered to $0.045. This smaller resistance proved to be strong enough to limit BENJI’s price, keeping it between $0.040 and $0.045.</p> 
<p>The project’s Bollinger Bands have since started showing signs of narrowing, indicating the uncertainty among traders. Meanwhile, the price, which was previously pushing the upper band has since dropped below the middle line between the two bands. Its performance suggests that it has been trying to return to the upper band, but has instead only managed to make small fluctuations under the middle line.</p>

<p>As for the project’s Relative Strength Index (RSI) value, it went from a position deep in the overbought zone, where it reached the value of 90, to the neutral zone at 50 some five hours ago. Since then, it has been fluctuating around the neutral area, going below 50 and mirroring the small price fluctuations that the crypto’s value saw during the same period.</p> 
<p>This shows that many among the buyers who propelled the token’s price have since decided to sell BENJI, but there has still been some short-term trading activity, as those willing to take the risks continued buying and selling BENJI for small profits over the last few hours.</p> 
<p>Still, with the crypto market trading in the green right now and Bitcoin itself being 2% up daily as well as10% on a weekly chart, it is possible for Basenji to see a sharper recovery in the hours to come. However, this remains only a possibility, as for now, traders appear uncertain about their next move.</p>
