<p>French users must take action before the deadline. Bybit has clearly <a href="https://cointelegraph.com/news/bybit-halts-crypto-services-france-2025" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">communicated</a> the necessity to withdraw all their crypto assets before this deadline.</p>
<p>For those who do not proceed with the withdrawal, a transfer mechanism to Coinhouse, a licensed French crypto custodian, has been established.</p>
<p>The transfer terms are clear: assets exceeding 10 USDC will be automatically transferred to Coinhouse. Accounts with a balance lower than 10 USDC will incur equivalent cancellation fees.</p>

<p>Meanwhile, in the United States, the <a href="https://www.cointribune.com/en/trump-relies-on-a-crypto-expert-to-lead-the-cftc/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow">election of Donald Trump</a> has revived hopes for a more favorable regulatory framework for crypto companies, creating a more business-friendly environment.
