The surge in the HAWK price comes after renewed attention to the cryptocurrency, fueled first by Hailey Welch’s disappearance and then by a notice saying she is cooperating with attorneys representing those impacted by the coin’s earlier crash. 
Welch, who is better known as the “Hawk Tuah Girl” in connection with a viral video, had helped launch the coin, which faced a backlash after a dramatic price drop amid suspicions of a rugpull.

This price recovery also follows a lawsuit against the coin’s creators, overHere Ltd., Clinton So, Tuah The Moon Foundation, and Alex Larson Schultz, accusing them of unlawfully promoting and selling an unregistered cryptocurrency. 
While Welch is not named as a defendant, her involvement and statements have reignited investor interest in the token.
