The emergence of Whitelist and KYC hooks in Uniswap V4 hooks triggered community discussion and some criticism.

However, AAVE has also launched the Aave Arc protocol with KYC and AML; there is a view that an open and permissionless hooks market can have centralized hooks, which does not mean that every transaction processed by Uniswap V4 must go through KYC.   t.co/96SDOzZ3wb
