This is similar to the event in May when GameStop’s <a href="https://finance.coin-turk.com/" data-wpel-link="external" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noreferrer">stock value</a> doubled just hours after Gill’s return, triggering a rise in the memecoin sector.</p>

An IH&amp;S pattern develops when the price forms three consecutive troughs; the middle trough (head) is the lowest and is flanked by two higher troughs (shoulders). This situation resolves when the price breaks above the neckline and rises by the height of the formation.</p>

In this case, DOGE’s IH&amp;S target for May would be around $0.227, a 55% increase from the current price level.</p> 
<p class="p1" style="text-align: justify">Conversely, a pullback below the right shoulder trough around $0.135 would risk the price falling to $0.122 in May. This level has served as support since March.</p>
