About Avalon X

Avalon X is a platform that aims to combine real estate development projects in the Dominican Republic with blockchain-based utility tokens. It is built in partnership with Grupo Avalon, a property developer with significant experience in residential and mixed-use projects.

Core Concepts

AVLX Token: AVLX is a utility token, not a token granting ownership, shares, or rights to dividends in physical property. Its functions are focused on access and usage within the Avalon X ecosystem, such as unlocking tiered rewards, staking, property-related perks, and discounted stays.

Tokenomics: The maximum supply of AVLX is fixed at 2,000,000,000 tokens. There is no inflationary minting. A portion of the supply (about 7%) is allocated for deflationary events (e.g. token burns) to manage scarcity. Other allocations include presale, staking rewards, marketing, and liquidity.

Use-Cases & Tiered Structure

AVLX holders can access different levels of perks depending on how many tokens they hold or invest during the presale. The tiers include Gold, Diamond, and Platinum, each offering different combinations of benefits.

For example:

Bonuses on presale purchases (e.g. 10-25%) depending on tier.

Perks at physical properties developed by Grupo Avalon, such as discounted stays, priority services, or specific property-amenity benefits.

Security & Regulatory Design

Smart contracts for AVLX have been audited by CertiK.

The whitepaper clearly states that AVLX is not intended to be an investment contract or ownership instrument. Legal ownership of property is not transferred via the tokens.

Roadmap & Development Phases

Avalon X’s roadmap is divided into four phases:

Phase 1 (2025 – Foundation & Launch): Presale of AVLX, deployment of audited smart contracts, rollout of the giveaways (token and townhouse). Phase 2 (2025-2026 – Investor Portal & Market Access): Listing AVLX on decentralized (DEX) and centralized exchanges (CEX), widening participation to both retail and institutional investors, expanding market presence while complying with regulations. Phase 3 (2026-2027 – Ecosystem Expansion & Global Entry): Roll-out of the full tiered investment structure, introduction of “redemption stays” (token holders using tokens for real accommodation), further development of Grupo Avalon’s property inventory, and bolstering utility of AVLX in practice. Phase 4 (2027 and beyond – Real Estate Utility Activation): Scaling the token-backed model to new regions and asset types, forming partnerships with other real-world asset providers.

Project Context & Scale Grupo Avalon has completed over US$110 million in sales, and has a portfolio of more than US$548 million across its completed, ongoing, and planned developments. Planned new developments are valued at approximately US$385 million, moving toward nearly US$1 billion in total project value. The real estate market globally is large (cited at around US$379.7 trillion in 2024), and one of Avalon X’s goals is to lower barriers of entry to property investing and enable fractional participation via tokens.

Limitations & Clarifications Token holders do not receive legal property ownership or property title via AVLX. While perks and benefits are tied to physical developments, actual availability and delivery depend on property development schedules, regulatory compliance, and operations by Grupo Avalon.
