About Drive369

Drive369 ($DRIVE) is a utility token that underpins an ecosystem for private Web3 storage, encrypted streaming, and AI-enabled data services. Organized under Drive369 DAO LLC (Wyoming), the project combines a client-side encryption protocol, decentralized storage integrations, and community governance to align token emissions with verifiable network performance.

The $DRIVE token is issued as an ERC-20 on Ethereum’s Base Layer 2 with multichain bridge plans (Solana, TON, Filecoin). Total supply is fixed at 369,000,000 DRIVE, with an initial circulating supply of 36,900,000 DRIVE at the Token Generation Event (TGE) scheduled for 09/09/2025. Smart contracts are implemented with OpenZeppelin libraries and subject to third-party audits. Emissions and monetary-policy decisions are governed on-chain by the Drive369 DAO.

A core technical component is the GhostDrive Protocol — an open-source stack that performs client-side encryption, file sharding, and distributed storage/streaming orchestration. Files are split, encrypted locally, and distributed across network nodes; optional erasure coding provides redundancy while keeping plaintext keys under user control. The protocol supports tiered storage (hot nodes + Filecoin cold storage), encrypted streaming, lightweight on-node preprocessing (indexing, summarization), and tokenized access controls for pay-per-view or rental models.

Drive369’s tokenomics are performance-oriented. The Proof-of-Performance (PoP) emission model ties unlocks to measurable KPIs (active wallets, node participation, SCBD activity, DAO turnout, TVL/dApp growth, and loyalty metrics). Each approved performance milestone authorizes up to 3.3% of total supply to be released; the DAO votes on all unlock proposals, ensuring community control over supply pacing. Approximately 85.7% of supply is time-locked and vested via Streamflow according to published vesting schedules.

To verify contribution and allocate rewards, Drive369 issues Soulbound Contribution Badges (SCBDs) — non-transferable on-chain credentials for roles such as Storage Validator, AI Contributor, Governance Member, and Bridge Operator. SCBD holders gain eligibility for specific reward programs, enhanced governance weight, or access to node/mining allocations. Node operators run storage/compute/bandwidth services (DePIN layer), stake $DRIVE to qualify, and receive mining rewards from designated allocations.

Token utility spans payments for storage and AI services, staking for governance and node activation, marketplace transactions for tokenized datasets and “Drives,” and fee discounts within partner dApps. The project has received Filecoin grant support and lists strategic infrastructure collaborators to advance protocol integration and enterprise pilots. Governance launched via DAO mechanisms in August 2025, enabling on-chain proposals and treasury management ahead of the TGE.

Roadmap milestones emphasize incremental, verifiable progress: GhostDrive mainnet components and pilot deployments (May 2024 onward), DAO governance activation (Aug 2025), TGE and fair-launch distribution (09/09/2025), followed by SCBD-based mining, multichain bridge rollouts, AI node services, GhostDrive mobile client, and regional DePIN deployments through 2026.

Drive369’s architecture prioritizes data sovereignty, confidentiality, and auditability. Security measures include client-side encryption by default, on-chain provenance for metadata and access rules, third-party audits of smart contracts, and ongoing security bounties governed by the DAO.
