Launched in July 2025 by Nova Club, EternaFi is an AI-NFT infrastructure project developed by a Singapore based team focused on linking blockchain-based ownership with AI-generated subscription revenue.

EternaFi introduces a model in which NFT holders gain fractional exposure to Nova Club’s proprietary large language model (LLM). Each NFT represents a stake in the economic performance of Nova Club's AI platform, which offers a suite of market analysis tools, AI agents and content generation services. The NFTs are issued on the Base blockchain and distributed in limited phases, including early access, public sale, and reserved allocations for strategic collaborators.

The project’s core utility lies in its revenue sharing mechanism. NFT holders who stake their tokens through Nova Club’s dashboard are eligible to receive a portion of monthly subscription income generated by the AI platform. Yield eligibility is based on a vesting schedule, which incentivizes longer-term participation and alignment with platform growth.

Nova Club's AI systems provide automated analysis and insight services tailored to sectors such as digital assets, fintech, and emerging technologies. These services are monetized through tiered subscription models, and a share of the revenue is distributed to EternaFi NFT holders via on-chain smart contracts.

EternaFi NFTs are fixed in supply, and transparent in their structure. Staking status, vesting progress, and distribution history are viewable via a public dashboard. The project does not rely on a native fungible token, and all mechanisms operate without custodial control, ensuring that distributions and participation are verifiable and trust-minimized.

The development team comprises professionals in AI architecture, blockchain development, and decentralized finance. EternaFi maintains collaborations with research institutions and Web3 infrastructure providers across Asia and other regions.

Future development includes expanding the NovaClub.ai platform to support additional AI modules and tools, enabling broader coverage for users. Governance features, which will allow NFT holders to influence development priorities, are also planned.

EternaFi offers a structured, transparent approach to revenue sharing in AI-based platforms, using NFTs as programmable financial instruments linked to real subscription-based business activity.
