Gunthy is the token issued by Gunthy LTD (https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11371555), which is to be used for the licensing of existing and future Gunthy LTD products. Current products include Gunbot (publicly available since 2016 - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1715214.0) and BitRage. The utility tokens aims to enable a transition from a monolithic, centralized licensing model to a blockchain-based one that will keep client-run products running even regardless of the state of one's own infrastructure.
