Launched in 2024, Ozak AI is an agentic AI platform that uses predictive AI to deliver real-time financial intelligence by combining machine learning models with decentralised infrastructure. The project focuses on delivering personalized and actionable insights using a combination of machine learning models, decentralized infrastructure, and autonomous AI agents.

Ozak AI integrates various predictive algorithms such as ARIMA (AutoRegressive Integrated Moving Average), linear regression, and neural networks to forecast trends in financial markets. These models are supported by the platform’s real-time data ingestion and processing pipeline known as the Ozak Stream Network (OSN). OSN operates on a Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network architecture, enabling secure and distributed processing of large-scale financial data across multiple nodes.

A central component of Ozak’s system is the Prediction Agent (PA) - a customizable AI agent that users can configure to track selected data points or market behaviors. These agents operate continuously, analyzing incoming data and delivering early-warning signals, trend forecasts, and risk indicators. This feature allows both retail and institutional users to tailor insights to specific trading strategies or investment goals.

To ensure data validation and platform security, Ozak AI incorporates EigenLayer AVS (Actively Validated Services). This allows decentralized validation of key operations and forecasts using a network of staked validators, reducing the need for centralized trust mechanisms. Additionally, Ozak utilizes Arbitrum Orbit, a layer-2 Ethereum scaling solution, to support cost-effective and fast smart contract execution for governance and automation purposes.

The ecosystem is powered by $OZ, a utility and governance token with a total supply capped at 10 billion. $OZ tokens are used to pay for platform services, access Prediction Agents, participate in governance decisions, and reward contributors. Token distribution follows a structured emission schedule with defined vesting periods for categories such as presale, team, ecosystem development, and liquidity provisioning.

Ozak’s development roadmap includes multi-asset prediction capabilities, expanded DeFi integrations, and automated portfolio strategy modules.
