• Automation & Compliance: Uses smart contracts and AI to automate investor onboarding, subscription flows, risk monitoring, and compliance processes across jurisdictions.
• External Licensing: Other real estate companies can use Propchain’s technology to improve their own operations. These licenses are strictly for using the tech, not for sharing profits.

Both versions use Propchain technology for automated subscription management, fee distribution, investor reporting, and risk oversight.
