About SRIAVerse

SRIAVerse is a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) designed to facilitate collective investment in real estate, with an initial focus on the Indonesian market and a long-term vision for expansion into Southeast Asia. The platform aims to make property investment more accessible by addressing common barriers such as high capital requirements, market illiquidity, and complex transactional processes. It operates as a member-governed ecosystem where participants can collectively own and manage a portfolio of tangible properties.

The core of the SRIAVerse solution is the tokenization of property interests. This process converts ownership rights in a property-holding legal entity into divisible digital tokens on a blockchain. By enabling fractional ownership, the model significantly lowers the minimum capital required to invest in real estate, allowing a broader range of individuals to participate. These tokens can be traded on a secondary market within the platform, introducing a degree of liquidity that is not typically available in direct property investment.

Governance of the ecosystem is managed by holders of the SRIAVerse Token (SRV), the platform's native utility and governance token. SRV holders have the authority to propose and vote on key decisions, including property acquisitions and sales, asset management strategies, and the allocation of the DAO's financial resources. All governance activities and transactions are recorded on-chain, creating a transparent and immutable record. To ensure legal compliance and protect members from liability, the DAO operates through a formal legal entity, or "legal wrapper," which holds the titles to the physical properties and executes the binding on-chain decisions of the DAO.

The DAO's investment strategy is designed to be flexible, with the ability to build a diversified portfolio across different asset classes. Initial use cases include acquiring stable, income-generating properties like residential apartment buildings and prime commercial spaces to provide consistent revenue. The platform also plans to engage in value-add projects, such as funding new construction or renovating existing properties, and strategic land banking in areas with long-term growth potential.

The project's economic model is designed to be self-sustaining. Revenue is generated from platform transaction fees and performance fees on the net income from the property portfolio. These revenues flow into the DAO Treasury, which is used to acquire more assets, thereby creating a cycle of compounding growth. The DAO community can vote to use treasury profits for reinvestment, distribution to SRV token stakers, or to conduct token buybacks to reduce the total supply. The platform is being developed with a compliance-first approach, designed to align with the regulatory framework for digital assets in Indonesia as overseen by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
