What is Wayfinder AI? Wayfinder is an artificial intelligence (AI) focused omni-chain protocol enabling user-owned, autonomous AI agents to securely and efficiently navigate across blockchain ecosystems and Dapps while independently transacting assets you control via dedicated Web3 wallets.

Wayfinder’s purpose is to serve as the primary gateway for AI agents within blockchain environments, commoditizing navigation tools and infrastructure for interaction with networks, bridges, contracts, and applications. Its natural language and chat facing interface aims to improve blockchain accessibility for a wide spectrum of users, from novice to experienced, and technical to non-technical. The user can execute simple transactions like send and swap tokens, to more complex transactions and strategies such as lending, supplying liquidity, and deploying their own contracts.

First, the Wayfinding Paths, allow users and the AI agents to access a community-developed network of actions and functions creating smart maps of smart contracts that increase their accessibility over time. What is PROMPT? Wayfinder's native token (called PROMPT) is proposed to have a maximum authorized supply of 1 billion tokens, subject to community governance approval. PROMPT serves multiple functions within the Wayfinder ecosystem. Users spend PROMPT to activate Wayfinder shells, which is the first step to participating in creating agents. Wayfinder shells spend PROMPT as they engage with both the network and other shells, and it serves as gas within the network, with fees shared between Wayfinding path developers and the protocol. PROMPT is staked when proposing new Wayfinding paths, with tokens remaining staked as long as the path is active and subject to slashing if routing is incorrect. Users can spend PROMPT for shell memory expansion, memory resetting, and hiring Verification Agents to test paths before use. PROMPT also functions as the governance vehicle within Wayfinder, allowing token holders to oversee the future direction of the network.
