XP.FUN is a full-fledged DEX with a native token ($XP) that lets holders participate in fee-sharing. By distributing a portion of all swap fees to $XP stakers and $XP-ETH LP stakers, we're enhancing the standard DEX model and injecting a dose of pure nostalgia and fun. We're rolling out what we think was missing and setting it loose on the world.

The existing DEX standard charges a 0.3% fee on each swap, paid in tokens. XP.FUN introduces a unique approach by implementing a custom fee paid exclusively in native ETH. This fee is intelligently distributed among all liquidity providers, token creators, $XP single-sided stakers, and $XP-ETH LP stakers with every swap, using a novel mechanism that allows rewards to be distributed to millions of users with minimal gas costs.

Our Fee-Sharing Model:

50% to Protocol/Liquidity Providers: Encourages users to provide liquidity and maintain healthy pool balances.

25% to $XP Stakers: Rewards users who stake $XP tokens, either single-sided (40% of rewards) or $XP-ETH LP stakers (60% of rewards), incentivizing long-term commitment.

25% to the XP.FUN Team: Supports ongoing development, platform improvements, and sustainability.

The creator fee serves as a protocol fee that can be assigned to a smart contract or treasury. Applications include auto-buys, staking rewards, and various other DeFi functionalities. A key aspect of this model is that market makers and creators benefit from transaction volume rather than token price, promoting sustainability over short-term price fluctuations.

Investors benefit from a delayed liquidity withdrawal mechanism (5 days), which protects against rapid rug pulls by developers. This strategy not only reduces the risk of abrupt market fluctuations but also enhances the overall success of their tokens.
