All InX

All InX, launched in 03/2024, is a digital asset trading platform headquartered in UK. The platform focuses on the management and trading of tokenized Real-World Assets (RWA), including securities, gold, real estate, and intellectual property.

The platform has been registered with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) in the United States as a Money Services Business (MSB). In addition, All InX has completed security reviews required for listing on both the Apple App Store and Google Play. These steps place regulatory compliance and operational transparency at the foundation of the project.

A key component of the platform is the Tokenization Governance Engine (TGE), a framework developed to standardize the process of converting traditional assets into digital tokens. The system is designed to ensure that tokenized assets listed on the platform represent verifiable and income-generating holdings, rather than speculative instruments.

In terms of market participation, All InX works with professional liquidity providers and market makers to maintain consistent trading depth. Trading data can be independently verified through public APIs, which disclose real-time order book depth and trade history. This infrastructure supports both institutional and individual users in accessing tokenized financial products.

The platform also features the Nexus Staking Protocol, which distributes rewards that are directly linked to the cash flows of the underlying assets. Initial user testing indicated that returns derived from diversified asset exposure may exceed those of traditional fixed-income products.

All InX maintains operational teams in New York, London, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, and Seoul, with the aim of addressing cross-border capital flow requirements. A debit card linked to tokenized assets is under development and is expected to be introduced in late 2025. This card will enable users to convert tokenized holdings into fiat currencies for daily use.

From a technical perspective, the INX Chain has been developed as a Layer-2 solution compatible with Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain (BSC), HECO, and OKT. The chain is fully integrated with the Kangaroo Wallet and supports modular functions such as RWA issuance, derivatives trading, and smart asset management.

The long-term objective of All InX is to establish a combined platform for RWA, derivatives, and asset management. The project seeks to provide infrastructure that enables enterprises and institutions to tokenize balance sheets, expand financing channels, and operate across different jurisdictions within a transparent and regulated framework.
