Splash

Splash is a DeFi infrastructure for efficient market-making and advanced trading of Cardano Native Assets (CNTs). It combines an order book with various Constant Product Automated Market Makers (AMMs), allowing the aggregation of all liquidity sources in a single operation to find the best deals for traders.

The execution of trading orders occurs off-chain, facilitated by the distributed Execution Engine, which can be launched and run by anyone. A notable feature of Splash is the ability to automate decentralized exchange (DEX) operations using Autonomous Account technology. Market-makers can employ pre-defined or custom automated strategies, including Spread Market Making and Trend Follow, to achieve their goals. In the meantime, traders can automate their operations using tools like DCA and more.

The core of the platform is written in Plutarch (Plutus V2 DSL) and Aiken smart contract languages, while the Execution Engine is crafted in pure Rust.

Splash operates under the governance of locked SPLASH tokens. Participants in the governance system can manage the protocol treasury, vote for protocol changes, collect DAO fees, and decide on further SPLASH inflation.
