Galaxy Digital: Bitcoin ETFs Could See $14.4B Inflows in First Year
The launch of spot Bitcoin (BTC) exchange-traded funds (ETFs) could generate at least $14.4 billion in inflows in the first year, according to a research report from crypto firm Galaxy Digital.

According to the fund, ETFs could be a better investment vehicle than existing products such as trusts and futures, which have a total value of more than $21 billion. Inflows could reach $27 billion in the second year and $39 billion in the third.

Galaxy Digital notes that the US wealth management business, with $48.3 trillion in assets, represents a sizable market for a Bitcoin ETF. The need for such products is obvious, with rumors and reports about ETFs driving significant price increases. Given the liquidity and price impact of large investments, the introduction of spot ETFs might result in a 74% spike in bitcoin prices in the first year.
