Binance has announced its latest offerings in the HODLer Airdrops program, introducing Simon's Cat (1000CAT) and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU).
Binance has announced its latest offerings in the HODLer Airdrops program, introducing Simon's Cat (1000CAT) and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU). Users who subscribed their BNB to Simple Earn products from Dec. 9 to Dec. 12, 2024, will be eligible for airdrop distributions.
The HODLer Airdrops rewards for Simon's Cat will total approximately 1.14 trillion CAT tokens, representing 12.7% of its maximum supply of 9 trillion tokens. The current circulating supply stands at about 6.75 trillion CAT, and upon listing, it will increase to approximately 7.89 trillion.
The token will be listed on Binance starting Dec. 17, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. UTC, with trading available against USDT, BNB, FDUSD and TRY pairs. The smart contract for 1000CAT is hosted on the BNB Chain.
Pudgy Penguins, on the other hand, will see airdrop rewards of around 2.67 billion PENGU tokens, which is 3% of its total supply of 88.89 billion tokens. The circulating supply upon listing is projected to be about 62.42 billion PENGU.
This token will be available for trading on the same date, Dec. 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. UTC, with similar trading pairs as 1000CAT. The PENGU smart contract is on the Solana network.
The HODLer Airdrops program incentivizes users holding BNB by distributing additional tokens based on their historical balances. Users can automatically qualify for these rewards by subscribing to Simple Earn products, which will allow Binance to take snapshots of their balances to determine eligibility.
Research reports for both tokens will be published shortly after this announcement, with Simon's Cat expected within 24 hours and Pudgy Penguins within 12 hours.
